Think of Wild over Will's print-journal/website/blog as but a mere 'backstory' for a libretto-in-preparation*.
(* But not by me !)
Most accounts of WWII given over the last 75 years are so much of a sameness we hardly need a new backstory to let us mentally fill in any gaps in a WWII-based musical drama's libretto.
But a libretto based on a throughly revisionist
look at 'The Bad War' does very much require a new and detailed backstory and so we must get all of this....
